Private vessel knowledge platform

Stop losing your
yacht’s knowledge.

KnownWaters captures the knowledge your crew builds everywhere the yacht goes and turns it into a permanent, searchable resource for the vessel.

  • Tender drops
  • Anchorages
  • Beaches
  • Hazards
  • Contacts
  • Guest spots
  • Lessons learned

Built specifically for superyacht deck teams.

The reality onboard

Your crew learns something everywhere you go.

But most of it never becomes usable, retained knowledge.

Useful knowledge is created constantly — at tender docks, beaches, anchorages, restaurants, marinas and guest activity spots.

It’s shared quickly, often in the moment, and usually stays in the wrong place.

Crew memory

There’s a really good snorkel spot north of the bay somewhere, clear water and loads of fish. Think we anchored nearby last time.

Valuable knowledge should not stay scattered.

KnownWaters gives your team one place to capture, review, organise and find the useful things they learn — so nothing gets lost, and everything is ready when the yacht needs it.

One simple flow. Built for how crew already work.

Capture

Log knowledge quickly in the moment through mobile or WhatsApp.

Review

Bridge team checks submissions before they become trusted vessel knowledge.

Organise

KnownWaters structures entries by location, category and context.

Grow

Crew can find the right knowledge fast when they need it most.

Capture it once. Review it. Organise it. Grow it.

That’s how knowledge becomes an advantage.

Capture knowledge in the moment.

  • One entry, not many

Multiple messages are grouped into one knowledge entry.

  • Close it when you’re done

  • We organise it

KnownWaters turns the conversation into clear, structured knowledge.

WhatsApp conversation with KnownWaters: a shared location pin, a reply confirming it was logged and sent for review, a follow-up crew message with more detail, and a confirmation it was added to the open entry

Send it in chat, we make it usable.

Grow

Every season makes the yacht smarter.

Useful knowledge builds over time, creating a deeper operational memory that stays with the yacht.

Year 1

Year 2

Year 3+

Useful knowledge begins to stay.

Each contribution builds on what came before.

The yacht carries a deeper body of trusted knowledge.

Over time, that memory becomes a real advantage.

The more your crew uses KnownWaters, the more useful, trusted, and valuable the yacht’s knowledge becomes.

Why KnownWaters?
